watching the pilot of Dexter for the first time (oh god not another series for me to watch). My impending wisdom teeth are fucking killing me. I wish they would just come the fuck in already.
Mom still hasnt let us open and make the gingerbread house >:| Tomorrow, I’m assuming.
Also tomorrow we’re going xmas shopping with my brother. Heck yes to picking out my own present >D

so ok i know this is mega late, but like.. i dont know what the fuck i should get for christmas.
my mom told me to give her a list cause shes going shopping today(xmas eve, I know. She’s a procrastinator.), except I have no idea wtf to put on the list.
I can’t put clothes/shoes on the list because she has the worst taste lmao. I really have no idea what to put on this list. =/
We already have a ps3, xbox, wii, and all the games ever, so those are ruled out. I own all the seasons of SPN on dvd already, so that’s out too. I own a shit ton of makeup, so I don’t need any. I can’t ask her for gift cards/money because I got a bunch from relatives already and more would just be overkill.
any ideas on what I should ask for?

I would like to hear of any handmade gift ideas anyone has, because even though I am pretty much broke I would like for people I care about to have things that show them I care about them.

I love Christmas. I’ve also become addicted to Pinterest. These are just some of the things I am going or hope to attempt this Christmas.
1. Really cool idea for custom wrapping paper. It’s a pain in the butt to do different paper for different gifts and I also don’t like the same paper through out either. You can draw on the paper or get a stamp with white ink.
2. Custom tree ornaments! My family does a different color scheme every year, but I think this is even better. Really good activity if you have kids; have them decorate their own ornaments.
3. On track with awesome ornaments, how about these? Really pretty, vintage looking ornaments you can make at home and save a few dollars.
4. Definitely trying these out. Ever put lottery scratchers in Christmas stockings? My family loves them so I figured making gift tags in the form of scratchers would make Christmas morning even more entertaining.
5. LOVE THESE! Making them for when my job has their mini-party. Christmas cookies are a given, but what about cupcakes. Secret: use ice cream cones then cover them in icing and you got yourself a tree.
6. I thought this was amazing, Jamie…not so much. Invisible tree! It’s a pain in the ass trying to set this up but the end result is gorgeous and you can use any color ornaments. Great alternative to the mess from real tree needles.
